A boiled Potato cuts breast cancer risk by 62%: This is the amazing result experienced by women who eat at least one serving  of boiled potatoes per week in a recent study out of the Middle East. However, that they must be boiled! Fried potatoes are effective in cancer-risk reduction too, but only  by 30% after two servings weekly. 

Potatoes have been linked to reduced risk for several cancers. In Spain, those eating one serving weekly had an incredible 92% reduced risk of lung cancer, and In Singapore, men consuming one serving weekly had 59% less throat cancer. In Japan, those eating potatoes (or taro or sweet potato) had 56% less kidney cancer.
